Fun In The Flowers

Today we played outside in the yard. Charlotte loves playing in the flowers. We had a lot of trouble getting her to look up. She was much more interesting in feeling the grass than smiling for the pictures.

7 Months Old

I can't believe that 7 months have come and gone. Charlotte is such a pleasant baby. Her new tricks include sitting up, scooting, feeding herself, AND SLEEPING THRU THE NIGHT. She loves to be on her belly on the floor and combat crawl to her toys. She loves "real" food. She eats pancakes and kix cereal. Just this week she started picking things up with her fingers and actually putting them in her mouth. Ranger, the dog, LOVES this stage, because half of all the food lands on the floor. If you are holding Charbear and eating OR drinking something, she insists on having a sample.

Happy Valentine's Day!!

It is Valentine's Day. We are all very excited. Nicholas wore his pajamas to school. Luke decided he was going to wear his pajamas all day also. Nicholas came home from school with a HUGE pile of candy. Is is Halloween or Valentine's Day? I can't tell.

Dedication

We had Charlotte dedicated at church on Sunday. She looked BEAUTIFUL in her white gown. Daddy doesn't look half bad himself!!



I think she might even be glowing in her white gown. She and the boys sat through the entire service. The boys even saw themselves on the "big" screen. Very emotional.

Fishing

Since the weather has been all over the place, the boys take advantage of the warm days and go fishing in the neighborhood pond. Grandfather often joins them. Check out this fishing pole. It was made by Dad from the bamboo in our yard.

Do they catch anything? The size of the worms they find in the backyard trumps any fish caught to date.

Bathtime in the sink!! Who REALLY needs the bath, Charlotte or Luke?



Charlotte LOVES the jumper. She will stay in it while I fix dinner. She is actually hanging from the door jam to the pantry. The boys love to make it bounce. This can get a little dangerous!!


Everyone is clean from a bath and trying to get warm in mommy's bed. What is making Charlotte laugh? DADDY. This girl LOVES her daddy! I am not surprised!
